These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of our website, mobile application, and services
(collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound
by these Terms.
("Terms") govern the use of services available on
https://dorkar.in and/or the mobile app of the “Dorkar”
company (collectively, the "Platform", and along with the
services available on or through the platform, "Third Party
Services"). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy
available at https://dorkar.in/privacy-policy ("Privacy
Policy") and any guidelines, additional or supplementary
terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued
by us from time to time ("Supplementary Terms").
These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal
agreement between DORKAR India Private Limited (a company
incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its
registered office at ………………………………… (“DORKAR”, “we”, “us”,
or “our”), and you, a user of the services, or any legal
entity that books/uses Third Party Services such as FOOD
DELIVERY, E-COMMERCE on behalf of end users (“you” or
“customer”). By using Third Party Services, you represent
and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority
to agree to and be bound by these Terms. If you represent
another person, you confirm and represent that you have the
necessary authority to bind that person to these Terms.
By using Third Party Services, you agree that you have read,
understood, and are bound by these Terms as amended from
time to time, and you will comply with the requirements
listed herein. These Terms expressly supersede any prior
written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these
Terms or do not comply with the requirements listed herein,
please do not use Third Party Services. You understand and
acknowledge that Third Party Services are solely the
responsibility of the third parties who create or provide
them, and the use of such services is entirely at your own
risk. We make no representations and disclaim all warranties
and liabilities arising from or related to such Third Party
Services, including their accuracy or completeness.
“DORKAR” has created an intermediary online platform
(hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "Website",
"Platform", "Crowd Force" or "DORKAR") that operates as an
intermediary e-commerce marketplace facilitating the supply
of various services, food, and other goods. The marketplace
is a platform for domestic customers to transact with third-
party service providers and sellers who have been granted
access to the site. The company does not provide any services
other than offering the marketplace as a platform for users
to transact at their own cost and risk, except for other
services that may be specifically notified in writing. The
company is not and cannot be a party to any transaction
between you and third-party sellers, nor does it have any
control, involvement, or influence over the goods purchased
or services received from such third-party sellers
(collectively referred to as "Products and Services"). By
using the services available on the site, you consent to the
collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as
described in this agreement and the privacy policy displayed
on the site. Information contained on or linked from this
website is for general information only. Nothing on this
website constitutes or is claimed to constitute advice. You

mobile app of the “Dorkar” platform ("Services").

of the "Dorkar Platform", including providing information
through the website, whether currently existing or in the
future, which are linked to the Terms (collectively, "Third
Party Services"). This agreement governs the use of certain
materials on the website and sets out the terms applicable
to the user’s use of the site. By using the website, the
user agrees to comply with all terms described herein. The
right to use the website is personal to the user and is not
transferable to any other person or entity. The user is
responsible for all use of their account (under any screen
name or password) and for ensuring that all use complies
fully with this agreement. The user is responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their password(s), if
any. We reserve the right at any time to change or

Your use of the Dorkar platform is at your own risk,
including the risk of exposure to offensive or otherwise
inappropriate content.
Definitions
Customer / You / Your: Any person who accesses or uses Third
Party Services.
Platform: DORKAR website and mobile application.
Restaurant Partner: Restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, or
food establishments listed on the platform.
Content: Reviews, ratings, images, videos, text, data, and
other information displayed on or through the platform.
DORKAR Content: Content owned or licensed by DORKAR,
excluding customer content and third-party content.
Customer Content: Content uploaded or shared by customers.
Third Party Content: Content originating from restaurant
partners or other third parties.
Services
(a) Services include providing the platform that enables you
to arrange and schedule various home-based services with
independent third-party service providers ("Service
Professionals"). As part of the service, DORKAR facilitates
payment transfers to service professionals and collects
payments on their behalf.
Services provided by service professionals are referred to
as "Third Party Services". The term "Services" does not
include Third Party Services. Service professionals are
solely responsible and liable for the Third Party Services
they offer or provide. Dorkar and its affiliates are not
employers of service professionals, and service
professionals are not agents, contractors, or partners of
DORKAR. They have no authority to bind or represent DORKAR.
The platform is intended for your personal and non-
commercial use unless otherwise agreed under a separate
agreement. If you use services outside India, you are deemed
to have accepted the applicable DORKAR terms in that
jurisdiction.
A key part of the services is Dorkar’s ability to send you text
messages, emails, or WhatsApp messages regarding bookings,
usage, or promotions.
In some cases, you may need to submit identification to
receive services, and failure to comply may prevent you from
using Third Party Services.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and confirm that:
You must create an account to access services and be at
least 18 years old and legally capable.
All information provided must be accurate and updated
promptly if changed.
You are responsible for account security and
confidentiality.
You are liable for all activities under your account.
You agree to receive communications from us.
You will use the platform in compliance with Indian law.
Information on the platform is provided "as is" without
guarantees of accuracy.
DORKAR does not guarantee food quality, pricing,
availability, or certification.
No Liability
DORKAR is not responsible for services provided by third-
party providers.
DORKAR is not a manufacturer, seller, or distributor of
food.
Responsibility for food safety compliance lies with
restaurant owners.
Disputes between customers and restaurants are not DORKAR’s
responsibility.
User Content
Users may post content such as reviews, feedback, etc.
You grant DORKAR a global, perpetual, royalty-free license
to use such content.
DORKAR may remove content at its discretion.
Consent to Data Use
You consent to collection and use of personal data per the
privacy policy.
Data may be shared with affiliates or authorities as
required by law.
Third Party Services
Orders: You may request services based on availability.
Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be provided via
SMS/email.
Cancellation: Cancellation charges may apply.
Pricing and Payment
Charges and fees may apply.
Payments can be made via card, net banking, UPI, wallet, or
cash.
All fees are subject to taxes and generally non-refundable.
Payments may be processed through third-party processors.

DORKAR does not provide logistics services.
Service Provision
